For an outpatient care organisation, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH to temporarily assume the role of Deputy Head of Nursing.
The position involves a small workload of approximately 5-10 hours per month and is ideally suited as a supplementary activity. The focus is clearly on professional deputising, control and ensuring oversight – an operational role in home care is not envisaged.

Your Tasks
- Assuming the role of Deputy Head of Nursing
- Supporting and deputising for the responsible Head of Nursing
- Overall control and ensuring professional processes
- Controlling and reviewing relevant processes and documentation
- Ensuring oversight of the nursing area
- Supporting compliance with quality standards and legal requirements
- No regular nursing assignments with clients
Our Requirements
- Qualification as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent recognised training
- Professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system, ideally in the outpatient sector
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Ability to ensure professional oversight even with a small workload
- Sense of responsibility and high professional competence
- BAB (professional practice permit) advantageous
Your Prospects
