Our client is an established retirement and nursing home in Switzerland, known for its family atmosphere as well as respectful and individual care of residents. To strengthen the team, we are looking for committed personalities as nursing specialists 50-80% immediately or by arrangement.

Health Specialist EFZ

- Ensuring qualified, professional and respectful care

- Taking on house responsibility

- Contact person for employees, residents and relatives

- Taking on tasks as a key contact person

- Documentation of care

- Planning and accompanying medical visits

- Execution of medical visits

- Qualification as FAGE EFZ

- Alternatively qualification with SRK recognition

- Several years of professional experience in nursing

- Motivating, loyal and supportive nature

- Sense of responsibility and flexibility

- High self- and social competence

- Respectful and empathetic interaction with residents

- Interest in participating in innovations

- Good PC skills

- Solid RAI user knowledge
