For one of our clients, we are looking for a Construction Foreman / Construction Supervisor (m/f).

Your future tasks:

• You are the central interface between the site managers and the responsible recruitment agents.
• You receive the personnel orders from the site managers and clarify the specific personnel requirements.
• You contact the responsible recruitment agents and contract partners and make targeted search requests for suitable candidates.
• You ensure that the requirements and qualifications for the respective assignments are clearly defined.
• You check and coordinate the incoming candidate proposals and align them with the needs of the site managers.
• You obtain feedback from the foremen on the deployed temporary employees and record positive and negative observations for future assignments.
• You keep an overview of the ongoing personnel requests and ensure timely staffing.

Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training in the main construction trade or a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have professional experience in the main construction trade.
• You are familiar with the various professions and functions in the main construction trade.
• You ideally have experience in personnel scheduling or coordination.
• You work organised, structured and reliably.
• You are characterised by strong communication skills and a confident manner.
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• You have good MS Office skills.
