There is plenty to do with us
- Producing high-quality concrete according to existing recipes
- Coordinating timely site deliveries in collaboration with dispatch
- Ensuring product quality in cooperation with the laboratory (TCC WPK)
- Ensuring material availability (gravel, binders and additives)
- Maintenance work at the concrete plant and assistance with plant revisions
- Administrative tasks (e.g. production planning, working time control, ordering, etc.)
- Deployments as a concrete plant operator at other locations as needed
How you join in with us
- Technical or craft basic training (EFZ), ideally in a related sector
- Knowledge of concrete production and corresponding production processes is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial and independent personality
- Assertiveness, good resilience and flexible mindset
- Willingness for occasional work outside regular hours
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- MS Office: good user skills
- Driving licence category B and own vehicle
