We are an independent cooperation partner for strategic hospital purchasing in the Swiss healthcare sector. With our purchasing community, we promote value creation in local hospitals. Our extensive network makes a significant contribution to cost efficiency in healthcare. As of 01.01.2024, 30 Swiss hospitals are our cooperation partners. Our focus is on the strategic procurement of medical goods and medical consumables. As an internationally experienced partner, we support the supply security of Swiss hospitals with our purchasing community.

Your Tasks

• You negotiate new contracts and conditions with various suppliers for the Swiss market
• You take responsibility for strategic supplier management in selected product groups such as medical consumables
• You deal with topics such as purchasing, logistics, supply security and sustainability
• You analyse purchasing and product group data, interpret the results and derive concrete measures and negotiation strategies
• You further develop existing supplier relationships and identify new procurement and optimisation potentials
• You work closely with purchasers and other hospital contacts in interdisciplinary teams
• You actively shape the interface between hospitals and the medical device industry, thereby contributing to securing patient care

Your Profile

• You have a completed university degree in business administration, natural sciences, business informatics, a comparable field or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of experience in strategic purchasing as well as in supplier support and negotiation and have already gained experience in healthcare or medical technology
• You have strong analytical skills and a good economic understanding
• You have a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and ideally experience with BI tools
• You quickly grasp complex data and contexts and derive concrete recommendations for action
• You communicate convincingly, are confident in negotiations and enjoy working with different stakeholders
• You are passionate about the Swiss healthcare system and its sustainable development
