For our Residenz Stadtpark in Uster, we are looking for an employee for operations and building maintenance 100% immediately or by arrangement.
Residenz Stadtpark is a residence of the Atlas Foundation. It was built according to the plans of EM2N. The residence is located in the centre of Uster directly by the city park. It has 81 apartments and a care department with 24 single rooms.

Your area of responsibility

• Special cleaning in cooperation with the head of operations and building maintenance
• Participation in the daily business of the Technology & Security department
• Proper operation and maintenance of equipment and materials
• Ensuring hygiene and cost-effectiveness of the department
• Compliance with all valid work guidelines and processes

You bring with you

• Training as an electrician, industrial mechanic, building maintenance specialist EFZ or similar
• Proven professional experience in a comparable role in an upscale, hotel-like operation
• Sound (building) technology and IT skills

You are resilient and work reliably and independently as a technical all-rounder. You have an efficient working style and a high quality standard regarding building technology, safety and order. A sense of duty and a pronounced service mentality also characterise you. Thanks to your pleasant manners, you maintain good contact with the residents.
