The Spitäler fmi AG, with over 1,600 employees, includes the two hospitals Interlaken and Frutigen, the health centre in Meiringen, the senior centres in Frutigen and Interlaken, the walk-in clinic as well as variouspractices. The Senior Park Weissenau of Spitäler fmi AG sees itself as a centre of expertise for the care and support of elderly people who can no longer live at home due to the severity and impairment of their health condition. The institution offers a home to 75 residents, of which 12 places
are specifically designated for people with dementia.

Your area of responsibility
- varied two-year training
- learning the care and support as well as the daily routine design of elderly people
- help with personal care, eating and drinking as well as the care of the residents’ private living area
- taking over health checks, such as blood pressure and pulse measurements
- carrying out administrative tasks
- close teamwork and regular exchange with the trainer
