At Haus Fortuna, adult people with partly severe cognitive and multiple disabilities live. These people are the focus of the daily work in the adult residential groups of the St. Josef Foundation.

Holistic support, assistance, and care of the clientele in all aspects of everyday life and leisure
Support of the clientele in terms of social participation and inclusion
Interdisciplinary collaboration within the team and with other professionals
A professional qualification as FaBe, FaGe, or social pedagogue
Initial professional experience in working with people with disabilities
A resilient, healthy personality with empathy, a sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and

flexibility
