Your tasks:

Administrative management of projects in accordance with client processes
Control and accounting of debtor and creditor invoices, as well as follow-up on reminders
Electronic archiving of documents
Entering client data into a CRM system
Perform administrative tasks in compliance with applicable rules and procedures
Ensure active support to operational managers

Your profile:

Several years of proven experience in a similar position, preferably in the service sector
Diploma or CFC as a commercial employee
Fluency in French, other languages an asset
Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office) and office automation in general.
Ease in contacts
Strong customer orientation
Sense of service and attention to detail
Developed entrepreneurial spirit and organizational skills
