As an official BMW and MINI dealer in the Basel countryside, Hess Automobile Group AG offers all vehicle-related services under one roof. It is one of the most modern and leading garages in the Basel region.

Your tasks:
You work process-oriented and support your colleagues in sales and service. You always keep an overview, arrange service appointments and carefully prepare orders - ensuring everything runs smoothly.
With your open and warm manner, you ensure that our customers feel completely comfortable. You are the first voice on the phone and the friendly face in the dealership - always with a smile and the desire to help everyone in the best possible way.
Thanks to your communicative nature, you forward enquiries purposefully and ensure that your colleagues are perfectly prepared for every conversation. In this way, you contribute every day to our customers experiencing service at the highest level.
