Shape the digital future with us! Are you ready to redesign the IT architecture of one of Switzerland's leading banks by implementing a program for modernization and simplification? In this key position directly under the Head of IT Architecture and IT Security, you are responsible for leading and implementing this program. As part of the leadership team, you act as a driving force for technological excellence.

Your tasks

Overall responsibility for the multi-year program managing investments in the triple-digit million range
Planning and coordinating the roadmap with other initiatives
Defining and enforcing architectural target images
Establishing sustainable complexity management
Coordinating and collaborating with various stakeholder groups, including general management and the bank council
Maintaining and creating space for a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Budget planning and control for the area of responsibility

Your profile

Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable field
Business administration supplement (e.g., MBA) is an advantage
We consider profound banking knowledge, preferably in a universal bank, as well as several years of experience in leading large modernization projects indispensable
Background in modern software development
You convince with the ability to develop and communicate strategies and with assertiveness
Strong skills in stakeholder management
Very good German and English skills
