Mandate Manager / Fiduciary - Payroll (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, the person was responsible for the independent management and processing of payroll accounting for national and international clients and acted as the contact person for all payroll-related topics and questions. They carried out payroll accounting including all associated administrative tasks and prepared monthly and annual financial statements in the area of payroll accounting. They also monitored compliance with legal requirements as well as social security and tax law and advised clients on payroll tax and social security matters. Additionally, they supported the optimisation and further development of processes in the payroll area.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the independent management and processing of payroll accounting for national and international clients
- Contact person for all payroll-related topics and questions
- Execution of payroll accounting including all associated administrative tasks
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in the area of payroll accounting
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal requirements, social security and tax law
- Advising clients on payroll tax and social security matters
- Supporting the optimisation and further development of processes in the payroll area
Qualifications:
- Completed federal professional certificate in fiduciary or financial and accounting services, preferably with further training in payroll or personnel administration
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting and payroll management
- Sound knowledge of Swiss payroll, social security and tax law
- Proficient use of common payroll software and MS Office applications
- Fluent German and English skills
