Tasks

Support the rebuilding of our open psychiatric acute ward with your expertise.
Contribute to the implementation and continuous development of our new ward concept.
Collaborate with your interdisciplinary team to stabilize patients' conditions.

You are a certified nurse (Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH) with recognized qualifications in Switzerland.
Experience in psychiatry or somatics with an interest in psychiatry.
Passion for working with people in acute crisis situations.

You help implement our new ward concept and continuously develop it with us
Together with your interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to stabilizing the patients and thus to a better quality of life
You support our trainers in the education of apprentices and can pass on your experience to the next generation

You are a certified nurse HF/FH (or have a diploma recognized in Switzerland)
You have experience in psychiatry or experience in somatics with an interest in psychiatry
Ideally, you bring professional experience in caring for elderly people
You are enthusiastic about interprofessional collaboration and complex psychiatric issues
You enjoy working with people in acute crisis situations
