Permanent Contract - Management Controller - 80-100% - EMS

We are recruiting on behalf of a foundation recognised in the Vaud medico-social sector, a Management Controller at 80% on a permanent contract, based in the Yverdon-les-Bains region.

As part of strengthening its financial management and developing its management tools, your main tasks will be as follows:

- Manage the budgeting process, from its preparation to monitoring actuals and analysing variances;
- Monitor financial performance and produce analyses to support strategic decisions;
- Work closely with budget managers and project leaders;
- Develop and automate dashboards, performance indicators and reporting tools;
- Participate in the optimisation of Business Intelligence (BI) tools;
- Contribute to financial analyses and institutional reporting;
- Participate in internal control monitoring and continuous process improvement;
- Support teams in the use and understanding of financial management tools.

Profile sought:

- You hold a higher education qualification in finance, accounting, management control or equivalent;
- You have proven experience in management control, ideally in the health or medico-social sector;
- You master cost accounting, budgeting processes and financial analysis;
- You have excellent Excel skills and are comfortable with reporting and Business Intelligence tools;
- You have a strong interest in automation and improvement of financial processes;
- You are recognised for your rigour, analytical mind and ability to synthesise;
