What you can achieve
- You ensure that our IT systems run reliably and stably in the production environment
- You handle support requests in 1st and 2nd level – also on call (by phone from 6:00 a.m. and regularly on a Saturday morning)
- You plan and document changes and releases in close coordination with production and quality management
- You develop reports and dashboards with Power BI or QlikView/Sense – for more transparency in operations
- You actively shape our data foundation and identify automation potential
- You work closely with internal teams (production, quality, IT, technology, platform, foundation) as well as external partners
- You ensure that we are well positioned in terms of GMP, data integrity, and IT compliance
What you bring
- You have IT training (EFZ, HF, FH or similar) and bring experience in production or GMP environment
- You are an IT generalist with deep understanding of application operation, support, and data management
- Power BI, QlikView or SQL are not new to you – you want to use them even better
- You think analytically, work structured, and document meticulously
- You are service-oriented and communicate clearly – even when it gets hectic
- You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration in a small team with a lot of responsibility and also think along with routine tasks
