About the job

The Retail IT division deals with the introduction and operation of new merchandise management systems and a nationwide point of sale system in Switzerland. Our team develops, expands, and maintains the point of sale system to offer an innovative and high-quality point of sale in both service and self-service.

What you will achieve

• You seek efficient solutions and find them in the automation of test processes
• You focus on managing test data in the product to ensure performance can be achieved even under load
• You integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines and continuously develop existing test scripts
• You are responsible for the entire test process from analysis to test coordination and execution
• You ensure a high-quality test execution

What you bring

• Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: Computer Science with further training in software testing and/or automation
• Professional experience: Several years of experience as a Test Engineer (m/f/d) in the field of testing, automated testing of products in software and system development environments
• You bring solid knowledge in testing complex digital products
• You have experience in test automation with Java or JavaScript as well as SQL and are a "Certified ISTQB" tester
• You are well versed in load and performance tests, Neoload and API tests, and confident in their application and execution
• You are a flexible and team-oriented personality with an analytical way of thinking and working
• You have experience working in an agile environment (e.g. SAFe) and can meet your quality standards within it
• German (C1)
• English (B2)
