Integration and AI Engineer (m/f/d) 80–100%

Your Tasks

  • Analysis of requirements as well as design and implementation of integration solutions based on Azure Integration Services (e.g. API Management, Logic Apps)
  • Implementation and further development of integration and automation workflows for internal and external systems
  • End-to-end responsibility for integrations (design, build, test, deployment and operation)
  • Implementation of end-to-end automations of business processes including integrations and workflows
  • Implementation of AI-supported solutions (e.g. assistance, automation or analysis functions) based on concrete business requirements
  • Integration of AI functionalities into existing solutions considering security, data protection and governance requirements
  • Consulting business units in translating requirements into integration and automation solutions
  • Close collaboration with internal and external partners as well as application and citizen developer teams, including participation in projects as a technical specialist
  • Further development of standards, best practices and reusable solutions in the areas of integration, automation and AI

Your Qualities

  • Completed studies (HF or Bachelor) in computer science, business informatics or a related field or equivalent, complemented by initial professional experience in the relevant environment
  • Experience with Azure Integration Services (especially API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Entra ID)
  • Experience in implementation and operation of integration solutions
  • Good knowledge of API standards and security (REST, OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth2/JWT)
  • Experience with AI- or Copilot-based solutions
  • Experience in software development (e.g. Python, Go or .NET/C#)
  • Experience in operating cloud solutions - monitoring (Application Insights), multi-environment deployments (TST/UAT/PRD), secret and certificate management
  • You have the ability to communicate technical content clearly
  • Experience with automation and workflow solutions in a business context or knowledge in Infrastructure as Code and DevOps (e.g. Bicep, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Git) is an advantage
