The Finance Service Centre includes the areas of controlling, accounting, IT and procurement.

In this responsible position, you support the financial management of BSB with meaningful analyses, reporting as well as the preparation of budgets and forecasts. You prepare decision-relevant management information for the executive board and business units, analyse variances and advise managers on business-related issues. In addition, you actively contribute to the further development of controlling and BI reporting (Power BI), optimise reporting and control tools and drive the digitalisation of processes and systems forward.

• University degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling
• Several years of solid professional experience
• Analytical and interconnected thinking with quick comprehension
• Service orientation as well as pronounced business understanding
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High empathy for interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external partners
• Very good IT skills and experience with ERP (Abacus) and BI systems (Power BI)
