Private Equity Operations Specialist (100%)

Job description:

• Independent processing and booking of limited partnership investments and private equity funds
• Calculation and processing of capital calls as well as distributions
• Calculation of net asset values (NAV) and initiation of corresponding price updates
• Conducting reconciliations and controls of limited partnership investments and private equity funds as well as resolving any discrepancies
• Providing current and accurate product information for internal client advisors and clients
• Ensuring timely, careful and high-quality processing of all administrative processes

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally in the banking or financial services sector
• Initial experience in accounting as well as a good understanding of financial and administrative processes
• Very good user knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Quick comprehension as well as a self-reliant, solution- and service-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with internal and external contacts
• Reliable, flexible and motivated personality with a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to work carefully and efficiently under time pressure and to ensure the highest accuracy in recurring tasks
• Strong customer orientation, teamwork skills and a high quality awareness
• Very good German skills (C1–C2) as well as good English skills (B2) in spoken and written form
