Head of Quality and Environmental Management 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:

Leading the department with currently 5 employees ·
Responsible for all matters of quality and environmental management
Planning, conducting, and follow-up of internal and external audits
Analysis and optimization of processes regarding quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards
Management of internal and external complaint handling including root cause analysis (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa) and initiation of corrective actions
Representation of the company towards customers, suppliers, and authorities in quality and environmental matters
Maintenance of a seamless, efficient evaluation and documentation system
Ongoing inspection of the technical condition of measuring instruments and control devices
Training employees in quality and environmental topics
Participation in budgeting, medium-term planning, strategy review, etc.

Our requirements are:

Entrepreneurially minded personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality
Higher technical education with further training in business administration and in the field of quality/environmental management
Solid several years of professional experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry
Very good knowledge of relevant standards and norms ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), and other relevant regulations
Experience in auditing (internal/external) as well as dealing with certification bodies and authorities
Confident handling of QM methods and tools
Good IT skills, especially MS Office, ERP, CAQ, QM/EMS-specific software
Entrepreneurially minded personality with a structured, proactive working style and pronounced communication and moderation skills
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, ideally experience in an international environment
