We accompany our patients with the highest professional competence and genuine passion – from the first enquiry to aftercare. Your tasks:

• Reception and care of our patients – you are the first face of the Sailer Clinic
• Telephone and correspondence in German and English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Dispatch of medical reports and documents
• Planning and control of the daily schedule
• Checking and follow-up of cost approvals as well as assistance with billing
• General administrative tasks in everyday clinic life

What you bring:

• Completed training as MPA or DA – both backgrounds are warmly welcome with us
• Many years of professional experience at the reception / in administration in a medical or dental environment
• Ideally further training as a medical secretary or a comparable qualification
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written – both languages are used daily with us
• A warm, professional appearance and genuine joy in dealing with people
• Independent, structured way of working and a good sense of priorities
• Confident handling of common IT programmes
