Franchise Partner / Business Manager

About the job

For our VOI Migros partner location Burgdorf-Steinhof, we are looking for a success-oriented, ambitious and motivated individual for February 2027 who is ready to operate a customer-focused, modern offering with us. As a franchise partner with equity capital, you will independently take over and manage a future-oriented VOI sales outlet with your qualified employees.

What you will achieve

• Independent management of a future-oriented and modern VOI Migros partner sales outlet
• Recruitment, leadership, planning and development of employees
• Assortment management with high-quality Migros products, complemented by local specialties
• Management of sales and personnel costs
• Active maintenance of customer relationships

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: Ideally in the food sector and in business management
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in food retail or related industries
• Enthusiasm and skilful interaction with people
• Sense of responsibility and flexibility
• Success-oriented, ambitious and motivated personality (ideally aged 30 and above)
• Experience in management as well as entrepreneurial thinking & action
• German (B1)
