About the job
The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood as well as three integrative daycare centers.

HOW?
As a Care / Health Specialist, you accompany and support the residents in their daily lives:
- You organize the residents' leisure time and help with everyday tasks, such as household chores.
- You assist with personal care if necessary.
- You promote the residents' personal development and self-determination in all areas of social life.
- You are a contact person and work interdisciplinarily with internal foundation departments, relatives, legal representatives, doctors, and the extended social environment.
- You take over client documentation in RedLine.
