About the job
The Brühlgut Foundation accompanies and supports people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative day nurseries.

HOW?
As a Care / Health Specialist, you accompany and support the residents in their daily lives:
- You organise the residents’ leisure time and assist with everyday tasks, such as household chores.
- You support with personal care if necessary.
- You promote the residents’ personal development and self-determination in all areas of social life.
- You are a key contact person and work interdisciplinarily with internal foundation departments, relatives, legal representatives, doctors, and the wider social environment.
- You take responsibility for client documentation in RedLine.
