What you can achieve
- You and your colleague are responsible for the smooth organization and professional operation at the reception, operate the telephone switchboard, and take care of the efficient management of documents and data
- You are responsible for and coordinate visitor and travel management at the location
- You plan and organize employee events – from the idea to implementation – creating unforgettable experiences for the company
- You support the practical trainer in the professional training of apprentices in the reception and executive secretariat area and pass on your knowledge with commitment and joy
- You continuously optimize existing processes in the reception and secretarial area
What sets you apart
- You have completed commercial basic training and ideally have experience in front and back office
- You have experience in organizing events (planning, organization, and implementation)
- You are reliable, discreet, and enjoy taking on responsibility
- You have confident German language skills in speaking and writing combined with good English skills
- You are proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools
- You are a team player and appreciate contact and exchange with people
- You enjoy taking on and working on tasks together in a team
- You have an affinity for working with young people and have interest/joy in passing on your knowledge with commitment
