Exclusively for our client Eldora in Münchenstein, we are looking to expand our candidate pool with qualified cooks for communal catering.
At the location, 300 guests are served lunch daily, and the highest standards are met in a modern working environment.
Cook (m/f)Job Description- Production of dishes in the hot and cold kitchen
- Assistance with plating at the menu station/show cooking, which also means helping with serving guests
- Assistance with lunch service, which also includes helping at the till
- Application and control of the cleaning and hygiene concept according to HACCP
- Assistance with caterings also outside normal working hours
- Completed cook apprenticeship EFZ
- You should have an independent and clean working method
- In a small kitchen team, it is important to be a team player, flexible, eager to work, and responsible
- Guest- and service-oriented with an eye for detail is very important to us, as you always work directly with guests
- Very good German skills are a must, at least B1
