As an entrepreneurial and trustworthy leader, you take on a key role as Head of Finance & Real Estate: You shape the financial and real estate future of BVZ Holding – as a member of the executive management on equal footing.
Your Area of Responsibility
- You lead the Finance & Real Estate division with the departments of Finance, Controlling, and Real Estate and bear overall responsibility for around 27 employees.
- You are responsible for the service-oriented financial organization of the group, including financial planning, financing, reporting, and impact-oriented control processes as well as the group-wide insurance management.
- You lead the real estate business strategically and realize long-term real estate potentials along the rail network.
- You ensure compliance with stock exchange obligations, especially accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER as well as the required publications and disclosure notifications.
- You develop your employees purposefully and strengthen a performance-oriented, appreciative, and modern leadership culture.
- You actively shape processes, utilize digitalization potentials, and drive continuous improvements forward.
Your Profile
You convince through expertise, strategic thinking, and personal maturity:
- You have a higher education in business administration (university or university of applied sciences) and/or a solid further education in finance (e.g., auditor, fiduciary expert, or expert in accounting & controlling).
- You bring extensive leadership experience in finance and controlling and have solid real estate know-how (valuation, management, development, construction projects).
- In-depth knowledge of public transport and subsidy law is a great advantage.
- You understand complex financial contexts, think strategically ahead, and make decisions with foresight.
- High sense of responsibility, consistent goal orientation, and assertiveness characterize you as well as the ability to advance topics even in the face of resistance.
- You are an approachable, mature, and convincing leader with a confident appearance, high negotiation skills, and clear argumentation.
- You move confidently in stakeholder management, whether with clients, financial institutions, investors, the board of directors, or partners.
- Your German is stylistically secure and you have good language skills in English and French.
