Your Tasks

You contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support daily
You conduct RAI assessments and promote the autonomy of our residents
You recognize emergency situations and manage them
You assist with the daily care of our residents according to the kinesthetic approach and train our apprentices
You independently and thoroughly maintain the electronic nursing documentation

What You Bring

Training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF, AKP, DNII, DNI or PsyKP
You have professional experience in inpatient long-term care and with people suffering from dementia
Good oral and written German skills, Italian is an advantage
Good RAI knowledge in the classification of dementia patients is an advantage
You are an organizational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
