Industrial Controller (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 130,000Our client is an established Swiss industrial company with an international focus. The emphasis is on modern technologies, high quality standards, and the continuous development of products and processes.
Role:
The internationally active Swiss technology company develops and produces innovative components and system solutions for electrical and optical data and power transmission. The product portfolio includes cables, connectors, antennas, fibre optic solutions, and complete connection systems. The technologies are used in communication, transport, and industry sectors, for example in railway vehicles, electric cars, telecommunications networks, and industrial applications. Responsibilities:
As the central contact person for financial matters, you support the production, engineering, and R&D departments in economic management.
You analyse operational key figures and assess cost and productivity developments. From this, you develop measures to increase efficiency.
You identify deviations in production costs and inventories early and accompany their processing.
You coordinate the financial planning processes and prepare forecasts, budgets, and investment analyses.
With meaningful reports and dashboards, you create a reliable basis for decision-making and continuously develop controlling.
Qualifications:
Your professional foundation is a technical or business education, supplemented by further training in controlling or business administration at university/FH level or equivalent.
You have several years of experience in industrial controlling in an international company or in auditing with a focus on industry.
You are familiar with product costing, production processes, and investment calculations and are acquainted with common planning and reporting processes.
You communicate very well in German and English.
