- Responsibility for ensuring and continuously developing the quality of care
- Central contact person for the team, our residents, and their relatives
- Professional support and training of apprentices during their practical training
- Active participation in activating care and support
- Comprehensive and structured introduction to your tasks and areas of responsibility

- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or a higher qualification in the nursing field
- A mindful, respectful, and empathetic approach to our residents
- Enjoyment in actively contributing to developments and innovative care processes
- Good IT user skills
- Trainer certificate or willingness to obtain it
- RAI knowledge is desirable and advantageous
