For the dynamic project environment, we are seeking within the framework of an exclusive mandate an experienced individual to lead demanding technical customer projects. In this role, you will take overall responsibility for strategically important projects, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and ensure successful implementation from planning to series production.

Industrialization Project Manager 100% (f) in the MedTech Sector
Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for planning, controlling and successful implementation of a technical customer project across all project phases
- Leading a core team of several employees as well as technical management of a cross-functional matrix team
- Creation and monitoring of project schedules, milestones and initiation of appropriate corrective measures in case of deviations
- Management of project budget, resources, capacities and project controlling including transparent reporting to the customer and management
- Coordination of involved departments (Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality and Customer Management)
- Main contact person for the customer as well as interface to internal specialist departments, management and steering committees
- Preparation and moderation of project meetings, documentation of decisions and follow-up of agreed measures
- Early identification and management of project risks, escalations and critical dependencies including definition of appropriate countermeasures
Your profile:
- Completed technical or business education related to industrial projects; further qualification in project management is an advantage
- Solid project management experience in an industrial production environment, ideally in electronics manufacturing or technology transfer
- Experience in leading complex technical projects as well as scaling prototype and small series production to high volume series
- Confident handling of project planning, milestone tracking, budget and resource management as well as structured risk management
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams as well as direct leadership of employees
- Fluent German and English skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills as well as confident appearance towards customers and decision-makers at senior management level
- Structured, pragmatic, independent and assertive working style with high solution orientation and sense of responsibility
