To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality who takes on various administrative and organizational tasks in the workshop environment. In this position, you are responsible for the provision and processing of workshop orders for invoicing as well as for monitoring the working time stamps and recording absences. Additionally, you reliably support the operations management in various administrative and organizational activities.
Your further tasks include coordinating external companies for the maintenance of our workshop infrastructure as well as maintaining the asa-control system. You collect data for our customer surveys and maintain the customer and vehicle database in the Dealer Management System (DMS). Receiving and returning customer vehicles is also part of your varied workday.
Furthermore, you support our service advisors as needed – especially in clarifications with insurance companies and other external service providers. To support our branch in Urtenen-Schönbühl (60%) and Uetendorf (40%), we are looking for a service-oriented and reliable team player as

Your Profile:
- Professional experience in commercial or KV training (optional technical training)
- Technical basic education in the automotive field is desirable (preferably as a certified automotive specialist or automotive mechatronics technician)
- Solid PC skills, experience with Automaster is a plus
- High service orientation and a communicative personality
- You enjoy working with people, are resilient, and are willing to work flexible hours
- Very good German language skills, additional language skills are a plus
- Valid driver's license category B
