The Family Centre Küsnacht is a lively meeting place for families with preschool children. Early Childhood Specialist / Family Centre Manager 50%
Your tasks
- Professional, organisational and financial management of the Family Centre
- Conceptual further development of the offer tailored to the needs of families with young children
- Planning, organisation and implementation of low-threshold offers, courses and events
- Promotion of encounters, participation, integration and social networking
- Establishment and maintenance of cooperation with specialist agencies, clubs and other local partners
Your profile
- Tertiary education in the social or educational field; professional experience working with families, preschool children or in early intervention
- Knowledge in project and concept work
- Experience in networking and community work as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- High social competence, strong communication skills and a respectful approach to different life realities
