Your Challenge
- Processing precise and competitive calculation offers for ventilation and air conditioning technology projects
- Analysis and evaluation of tender documents with identification of opportunities and risks
- Technical plausibility check of the calculation in the field of ventilation and air conditioning technology
- Procurement and comparison of offers from suppliers and subcontractors
- Support of project managers in supplementary calculations
- Close cooperation with our purchasing department, business partners, and suppliers
Your Profile
- Completed technical basic training in the field of building technology, preferably ventilation technology
- Several years of professional experience as an estimator and/or project manager
- A flair for numbers and good MS Office skills
- Independent and structured way of working with high personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and negotiation skills in dealing with customers and suppliers
- Reliable, resilient, and team-oriented personality
