Lead Medical Practice Assistant

For our practice, integrated within Männedorf Hospital, we are looking for a Lead Medical Practice Assistant 100% starting 1 January 2027 or by arrangement

Lead Medical Practice Assistant 100%

• Leading the MPA team and managing deployment planning
• Main responsibility for planning, organising and preparing consultations including patient reception and care
• Preparing urological examinations and assisting with examinations and minor procedures (cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, vasectomy etc.)
• Independent execution of blood sampling, urine analyses and injections
• Optimising processes
• Reception duties such as appointment scheduling, patient registration, handling telephone calls etc.
• Performance controlling
• General office work, scheduling

• Completed training as a medical practice assistant EFZ and several years of professional experience
• Leadership experience, further training as MPK is an advantage
• TARDOC knowledge
• Good MS Office user skills
• Friendly and patient personality as well as high resilience and team spirit
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Experience with the Axenita operating system is an advantage (not mandatory)
