Freight Forwarding Clerk | Clerk Lorry Part Load Export Europe

Initial Situation

We are looking for reinforcement in the part load export sector for a forwarding company. You organise international land transports, coordinate customers, carriers and partners, and keep an eye on your shipments. Tasks

• handling part load shipments in export within Europe
• organising and coordinating transports from order placement to delivery
• obtaining and processing transport offers and bookings
• preparing and checking transport and freight documents
• coordinating with customers, carriers, partners and European branches
• monitoring transit times, deliveries and shipment status
• handling enquiries and finding solutions when a shipment does not go according to plan

Requirements

• completed training as a freight forwarding clerk
• one to two years of professional experience in forwarding, ideally in land transport
• interest in international transports and enjoyment of organisation
• independent and reliable working style

MS Office – good knowledge

Languages

German: native language
English: good spoken and written
