• Further development of our fleet monitoring tool
• Technical contact person for the project teams
• Onboarding cross-location projects into the fleet monitoring tool
• Prioritization, planning, and implementation of project-specific requirements in the fleet monitoring process
• Establishing and maintaining KPI standards for cross-project comparability
• Standardizing export and report layouts (e.g., PDF/DOCX) and providing consistent templates
• Further development of data model and interfaces (SQL/NoSQL) – including stable database connections
• Analysis and optimization of the entire process from problem reporting to effectiveness verification
• Developing effectiveness and prediction models (e.g., closed-loop effects, forecasts for measures)
• Creating and maintaining training materials and conducting internal training sessions on the fleet monitoring tool

• Completed university degree (FH/Uni) in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Solid BI understanding, solid database knowledge, and understanding of interfaces as well as programming skills are an advantage
• Strong communication and moderation skills
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 10%)
