The Security Intervention Prevention (SIP) team of the Staff Service section of the Security Department is looking for a

You patrol on foot in a two-person team in the city center as well as in the recreational area of the city

Aarau (usually in the evening and night hours from Thursday to Saturday). You intervene in case of rule violations, de-escalate, mediate, recognize conflicts of use early, take up concerns from the population, and offer low-threshold and non-binding help where it is needed. You forward the necessary information for action through the official channels to the administration.

You have high social competence, good communication skills in German and preferably in other languages, and you have a confident and assertive demeanor. Handling conflict situations is nothing new to you, and ideally, you have training in a social profession or a related field.
