Role:
You have a passion for numbers and want to apply your skills in an established company in the field of building technology? For our successful company in Richterswil, we are looking for an Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) with a workload of 60-100%, who will take responsibility for financial accounting and actively contribute to the further development of financial processes.

Responsibilities:
- Management of the entire financial accounting including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss accounting standards
- Responsibility for VAT returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations
- Account reconciliations and processing of open items
- Support in budgeting and liquidity planning
- Collaboration with internal departments and external partners such as tax advisors and auditors
- Participation in the optimisation and digitalisation of accounting processes
- Responsibility for payroll accounting and ensuring correct processing of payrolls
- Preparation of reports and analyses to support management
Qualifications:
- Completed training in finance and accounting (e.g. Swiss federal diploma or equivalent qualification)
- Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
- Sound knowledge of Swiss accounting and tax laws
- Experience in payroll accounting and use of accounting software (e.g. Abacus, Sage)
- Analytical thinking and the ability to work precisely and on time
- High personal responsibility and team spirit
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
