 What to expect  

• Preparation of cost calculations at every stage of the planning process 
• Representation of cost calculations vis-à-vis clients and planners 
• Support of employees in cost calculations 
• Cost optimisations involving clients and planners 
• Verification of cost determinations by third parties 

 What you bring 

• Completed training as an architect, certified technician HF or draughtsman EFZ specialising in architecture 
• Several years of experience and sound knowledge in cost planning 
• Open to digital solutions with quantity determination from BIM models 
• Enthusiasm for exciting projects and motivation to actively participate 
• Networked and structured thinking, appropriate expression, teamwork, sense of responsibility and assertiveness 
• User knowledge in contemporary ICT infrastructure
