- Preparation of cost calculations at every stage of the planning process
- Representation of cost calculations vis-à-vis clients and planners
- Support of employees in cost calculations
- Cost optimisations involving clients and planners
- Verification of cost determinations by third parties
What you bring
- Completed training as an architect, certified technician HF or draughtsman EFZ specialising in architecture
- Several years of experience and sound knowledge in cost planning
- Open to digital solutions with quantity determination from BIM models
- Enthusiasm for exciting projects and motivation to actively participate
- Networked and structured thinking, appropriate expression, teamwork, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
- User knowledge in contemporary ICT infrastructure
