We are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a
- Processing naturalization applications, permits, and licenses
- Maintaining the community website
- Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of municipal council meetings
- Helping organize and conduct votes, citizens' assemblies, and
information events
- Deputizing in the residents' office
- Independently handling the administrative tasks that arise
- Telephone and counter service
- Completed administrative apprenticeship or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience
- Enjoyment of direct contact with customers
- Confident, friendly demeanor
- Reliable, independent, and precise working style as well as quick comprehension
- Flawless oral and written expression
- Resilience and flexibility
