For our "Master Builder - Execution" team of the Buildings Division at our location in Bern, we are looking for a motivated and committed intern starting 01.04.2026 or by arrangement.
Your place of employment will be our location in Bern. In this role, you will support the operational construction site teams in our building construction projects during the shell construction phase.

What you will do

• Support construction management: Participate in work preparation, procurement, coordination, and supervision
  of construction sites
  
• Plan material and equipment use: Assist in organizing and ordering
  building materials
  
• Quality and safety controls: Support compliance with regulations and
  safety standards
  
• Cost and schedule monitoring: Assist in controlling budgets and deadlines
  
• Communication with project participants: Attend construction meetings, exchange with
  subcontractors, architects, and clients

What you bring

• Studies in construction or related fields (e.g., construction management school, civil engineering, architecture, etc.)
• Technical understanding and interest in construction processes
• Reliability and initiative to independently take on tasks
• Teamwork and communication skills, especially on the construction site
• IT skills, especially in MS Office and possibly construction software
