Skills
- You should have a degree as a direct assistant or business education, ideally with a Scrum Master certification.
- Strong MS Office skills and IT affinity are essential.
- Familiarity with Confluence and Jira is a plus.

What you bring with you
- Technical or business administration basic training or career changer with corresponding further training; ideally additional Scrum Master certification
- Several years of professional experience in an assistant role or as a project staff member in the IT sector
- SAFe knowledge is an advantage
- Advanced MS Office skills and IT affinity
- Proficient in using Confluence and Jira
- Independent and proactive working style with a high level of commitment
- Structured, organised and conscientious personality with a can-do attitude
- Strong quality awareness, assertiveness and a confident appearance
- Very good German skills; English skills (Level B2) and French are an advantage
