The Swiss Air-Rescue Rega provides professional, medical assistance from the air around the clock to patients in Switzerland and worldwide. It is a non-profit and private foundation supported by more than 3.7 million patrons.

These activities will inspire you

• Assisting with the provision, transport and return of event and exhibition materials
• Supporting warehouse management and maintenance of event materials and warehouse infrastructure
• Carrying out assembly and disassembly work for exhibition and information stands as well as at internal and external events
• Participating in various internal and external public events (open day, Rega tour, hangar aperitif, etc.)
• Performing material transports and other logistical tasks according to deployment planning
• Other ad-hoc tasks (e.g. creating packing lists, material checks, carrying out simple repairs, taking on assigned administrative tasks)

This is what sets you apart

• Completed technical or craft training (e.g. event technician, carpenter)
• Professional experience and expertise in the field of exhibition and event construction desirable
• Confident use of MS Office (especially Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Flexibility in everyday work (planned work assignments including occasional weekend work and travel throughout Switzerland with occasional overnight stays)
• Organisational talent, team spirit as well as reliable and independent working style
• Driving licence category BE
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written, are a must
