To strengthen our CNC production, we are looking for an experienced individual who masters both CATIA CAM programming and practical CNC machining. The focus is on the precise machining of plexiglass (PMMA) for aircraft and helicopter glazing.

Starting immediately or by arrangement, we are seeking a committed professional as

Experienced Polymechanic / CNC-CAM Programmer CATIA 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Independent creation, adjustment, and optimisation of CNC programmes with CATIA (approx. 30%)
• Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of CNC machines (approx. 70%)
• CNC machining of plexiglass (PMMA) for demanding individual parts, prototypes, and small series
• Optimisation of tools, cutting parameters, and machining strategies for plexiglass
• Execution of first article, dimensional, and quality inspections; troubleshooting machining issues
• Close collaboration with production planning and quality; optionally design of components and fixtures in CATIA

Your profile:

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical qualification
• At least 5 years of solid experience in CNC production and independent CAM programming
• Good knowledge of CATIA CAM or solid CAM experience with willingness to learn CATIA
• CATIA 3D design and experience in plastics or plexiglass machining are advantageous
• Independent, precise working style, high quality awareness, and good German language skills
