The position is located at the Budron Daycare in Mont-sur-Lausanne, a facility with a capacity of 44 places. The position is to be filled in the toddler group.
The working days are: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Your missions:
- Ensure quality support for the children received, guaranteeing their well-being and safety in accordance with institutional values and current regulations.
- Identify quality-related issues based on your theoretical knowledge. Propose courses of action and implement them in the interest of the child.
- Promote a quality relationship and exchanges with children, families, colleagues, and external services.
Your profile:
You have the ability to carry out relevant, effective actions deployed responsibly, autonomously, and committed. You have extensive experience in daycare and are familiar with positive discipline. You are organized and creative, have a taste for action, and a desire to improve yourself. Your ability to work in a team and adapt, your interpersonal skills, as well as your professional conscience, make you a real asset to the team.
You are Swiss or have a valid residence permit as well as a clean criminal record.
