The dreischiibe foundation is an innovative, non-profit social enterprise. In our versatile service and commercial center in Herisau, St. Gallen, and Flawil, we create professional and personal perspectives for people with mental disabilities at 220 work, training, and integration places. In the day center and meeting center, we promote social integration with over 63 visitor places.
Further training in work agogics requires 6 to 12 months of work agogic professional practice depending on the place of training. With an internship, you gain an exciting insight into this professional field and can thus create the prerequisite for your further training.
From May 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a pre-intern for the Packaging & Shipping area in Herisau for 6 to 12 months

Your tasks
- Assistance in the agogic support of employees
- Assistance in planning and organizing ongoing orders
- Participation in production
- Administrative tasks
- Collaboration with the specialist team
- Participation in the area meetings
Your profile
- Completed school or vocational training (preferably commercial area)
- Minimum age 23 years
- Motivation and joy in working with people with a mental disability
- Independent working style, sense of responsibility, and high social competence
- Communicative, open, and team-oriented personality
- Driver's license category B is an advantage
