Hygiene Specialist 40-50%
Your tasks include ...
- further developing the hygiene concept organisation-wide and anchoring it in practice.
- leading the hygiene team and being the contact person for professional questions.
- conveying knowledge in a practical way through training sessions and workshops.
- planning and conducting hygiene audits.
- analysing relevant data and deriving well-founded decision-making bases from it.
- competently advising and providing guidance during infectious events and outbreaks.
You are a good fit for us if you ...
- have a qualification as a certified nurse (HF, DN II, AKP) or a Bachelor of Nursing FH.
- ideally have further training as a "Link Nurse" and/or in the field of infection prevention. Not completed yet? No problem – if you have interest and motivation, we will gladly support you in your further training.
- work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner and take responsibility for your actions.
- communicate clearly, appreciatively and appropriately for the target audience and present yourself authentically.
- remain calm in challenging situations, act thoughtfully and convey confidence with your assured manner.
- promote reliable collaboration with your trustworthy and committed manner.

The Am Bachgraben Retirement Home is more than a place to live; it is a home for over 210 residents. With over 320 dedicated employees, we offer not only a wide range of care and support but also specialised assistance for people with dementia and in palliative care. Additionally, we support our residents with acute medical needs and provide holistic and caring care in old age. Our offering is complemented by 85 age-appropriate apartments and numerous services.
