In this role, you contribute with commitment to the success of blue Cinema and the Sportsbar with Bowling in Biel. You support the operations management, ensure smooth processes, and actively participate in daily business. You take responsibility for projection, payment systems, and team leadership. Together, we inspire our guests with reliable service and high quality.

• Support of operations management during events, processes, and deployment planning
• Participation in the recruitment and qualification of employees
• Planning and introduction of new employees according to guidelines
• Ensuring expertise within the team
• Leading the team in daily operations and responsibility for smooth processes
• Training on product offerings and food intolerances
• Compliance with and assurance of hygiene regulations according to HACCP as well as guidelines for the sale of alcoholic beverages according to Swiss food regulations
• Active participation in daily business
• Supervision of cinema, bowling, and building technology (air conditioning, heating, ventilation)
• Responsibility for projection, image, sound, and lighting quality
• Responsible for payment processes and cash register procedures including employee training, system maintenance, and control of daily accounting processes

• Completed training or experience in gastronomy, hospitality, service, or cinema; technical understanding present
• We serve our guests seven days a week, so we expect your willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Confident communication, very good German and French skills
• Positive charisma, polished manners, and high social competence
• Authentic personality with a role model function
