SANTIS Training AG offers practical programmes for professional integration on behalf of the Disability Insurance (IV) and Unemployment Insurance (ALV) at five locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Our goal is to sustainably support people in (re)entering the primary labour market.

For our Oensingen location, we are looking for a committed individual as a Job Coach / Employment Mediator to start by arrangement. In this role, you will actively accompany and support IV-insured young people and adults in their job search. You will be responsible for the targeted acquisition of internships and jobs and work closely with companies to create sustainable integration solutions.

Your tasks:

• Acquisition and placement of internships and jobs in the canton of Solothurn and the surrounding regions
• Coaching our participants in their job search
• Support of companies and internship participants
• Regular progress meetings, including on-site at the host companies
• Building and maintaining a network of companies
• Case-related administration and reporting

Your profile:

• Proven experience as a Job Coach or Employment Mediator with very good knowledge of the labour market, HR, or social insurance
• Experience in acquiring placements and/or jobs as well as good networking within the business community
• Strong persuasiveness, communication skills, and an independent, goal-oriented working style
• Engaging, team-oriented personality with a good mix of high social competence and assertiveness
• Very good PC skills (MS Office, job portals, and social media)
• Car driving licence advantageous
